  1. What’s the exclusive benefit for my family and friends?
    If your family and friends subscribe or port into any of the postpaid plans below through your referral, they will get e-voucher up to QR 200. Please refer to the table below.

  2. How to use e-voucher? / What is e-voucher?
    Customers will receive a voucher that has a unique voucher code in it. By using this code, customers will get a discount on their next purchase from Vodafone e- Shop. To redeem the e-voucher, customer should enter the e-voucher code during online purchase but before proceeding with payment on Vodafone E-Shop www.vodafone.qa/eshop

  3. How will my family and friends get the e-voucher?
    They will receive the e-voucher within 2 working days from time of activation of connection, on the email ID entered at the time of purchase.

  4. What happens if my family and friends purchase more than 1 post-paid line?
    They will get the e-vouchers for each postpaid plan that they subscribe or port in.

  5. If my family and friends port into Vodafone, can they get the same benefits?
    Yes, they can port into Vodafone postpaid plans by keeping their numbers and get e-vouchers.

  6. Can my family and friends use e-voucher to recharge or pay their bills?
    e-Voucher cannot be used for bill payment or recharge. This e-voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and can’t be exchanged for cash. E-Voucher can be redeemed only on Vodafone website to purchase items available from Vodafone E-Shop www.vodafone.qa/eshop

  7. Can they reuse e-voucher if they are buying more than one item? What is refund policy?
    Each e-voucher is only valid for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable, non-transferable, and can’t be exchanged with cash or another voucher. This e-voucher will be null and void if e-shop order is returned and/or cancelled.

  8. Can multiple e-vouchers be combined?
    No, only 1 e-voucher can be used in each e-shop purchase at the same time.

  9. Till when can I use the e-voucher?
    e-Voucher is valid for 3 months (90 days) from date of purchase. The validity date of e-voucher is mentioned along with the code. This date cannot be extended. After the validity date, the voucher will expire and cannot be used.

  10. Until when can we avail from these exclusive offers?
    Vodafone Staff Referral Program with exclusive offers for our family and friends will be available till 31 May 2022.

  11. What is the T&C for e-voucher?
    • e-Voucher can be redeemed only on Vodafone website to purchase items available from Vodafone E-Shop www.vodafone.qa/eshop .
    • The e-voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
    • e-Voucher cannot be used for bill payment or recharge.
    • e-Voucher is valid for 3 months (90 days) from date of purchase after which it will expire.
    • To redeem the customer should enter the e-voucher code during online purchase but before proceeding with payment on Vodafone E-Shop www.vodafone.qa/eshop.
    • Customer will receive the e-voucher within 2 working days from activation of connection, on the email ID entered at the time of purchase.
    • Vodafone will not be responsible if the email entered is incorrect.
    • This e-voucher is only valid for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable with cash or another voucher.
    • This e-voucher will be null and void if eShop order is returned and/or cancelled
