  3. What warranty do I get when I buy the Handset from Vodafone Qatar?
    You will get the standard one (1) year warranty when you buy the Handset from Vodafone Qatar.

  4. I want to change the location, which I chose on the Pre-order?
    Pre-orders can be picked up from Villaggio and DFC stores only or if you have selected home delivery at the time of pre order. No changes can be made for collection location once the pre order was confirmed.

  5. I cannot go to collect the pre-order can someone else go instead?
    Yes, however he/she needs to provide the original QID, SMS, Wincash receipt.

  6. I did not get my Pre-order email/SMS, what do I do?
    You can verify your order in the store on the launch day with the Wincash receipt given at the time of pre order.
