- What is Samsung Fold5 and Flip5 Trade-in Offer?
The Samsung Fold5 and Flip5 Trade-in Offer (Offer) allows customers to trade in (“Trade-In”) their current eligible device with any Samsung Galaxy Fold5 and Flip 5(“Fold 5 and Flip 5 Devices”) for a certain value payable by the Customer. The Offer is subject to availability and is limited to a specific number of Trade-In transactions on a first-come-first-served basis.

- Which types of devices can I trade in?
Customers can trade in Phones/Smart Watches and Tablets of any brand that is in working condition (“Eligible Device”). Kindly visit a Vodafone Retail store for more details on the same.
- What are the eligibility criteria for trade in?
To trade-in you should be 18 years and older with a valid QID. The device should belong to you and be free of any legal or commercial constraints.
- Is the price of old handsets shown in the Trade-in Offer system in the store permanent?
No, the price is valid only for that day and may be subject to change the next day.
- How many devices can I trade in at a time?
Vodafone Qatar will accept a maximum 3 (Three) devices per transaction to purchase an Fold5 or Flip5.
- Should I bring the charger, and accessories along to trade in my old device?
Only the device is needed to complete the Trade-In. You don’t need to bring the following items – an old device box, charger, headsets, and any other accessories.
- Should I produce any proof of purchase for the Old Device?
No need for Proof of Purchase, just bring the device as is.
- Can I trade in my device if it is locked to a Cloud account (iCloud/Samsung Cloud)?
No, we do not accept devices that are iCloud/Samsung Cloud locked.
- Can I trade in my device if Find My iPhone is Turned on?
No, Find My iPhone must be turned off to be eligible for trade in service
- How do I turn off Find My iPhone?
To turn off Find My iPhone on your Apple device:
- Tap Settings.
- Tap iCloud.
- Sign in with your Apple ID, if necessary.
- Turn off Find My iPhone.
- Is my personal data safe?
Before you hand over your device to Vodafone, please ensure to back up and erase all your data from the device. This ensures that all your personal information is completely removed from your device before you Trade it in.
- Should I do a factory reset of my old device before handing it over to Vodafone?
As a best practice, we advise all our customers to erase all personal data and reset the old device prior to handing it over to Vodafone.
- Do you accept broken devices?
Yes. We do pay a reduced amount for devices that are in broken condition. However, we do not accept devices that are not working.
- Can I get cash in return for the device trade in?
No. You can only purchase a new Fold5 or Flip5 Device from Vodafone Qatar retail store by paying the difference in the amount if any.
- Can I get my old device back if I change my mind later?
No. All Trade-Ins are final. The device can't be returned to you after you've traded it in.
- Can I avail of the additional discount of up to QR394 to buy devices other than the new Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 or Flip 5?
No, the additional cash back is offered only for trade in with the new Galaxy Samsung Fold5 and Flip5.
