This free service from the Ministry of Interior allows you get details about your residency permit, exit
permits, traffic services and more. Metrash 1 will be available by default once you register for Metrash 2 service.

How to register?

To register you need to follow the below steps?

  1. Step 1

    Type M2R E and send to 92992.(For English)

    Type M2R A and send to 92992.(For Arabic)

    Eg. M2R E 28*********** 20/12/2023

  2. Step 2

    Once you send the SMS in the format above, you’ll receive a reply including a link to download the Metrash Application and two activation codes. Please click on the link and download the Application.

  3. Step 3

    After downloading the Application and on launching it you will need to enter the below information:

    After confirming your Password and on correctly providing the inputs in Step 2 and 3, you are now registered to the Service.

  5. Step 5

    You’re done! You can now access Metrash 2 Application* by entering your QID number, name and password.
