- QID Copy: Color QID copy (front & back) of both yours and the new owner
- Two Selfie Videos - 5 seconds selfie video of you and another of the new owner, holding QID.
- Application form: Click below to download, fill and sign the Transfer form.

- Chat with one of our care champions who will guide you to attach & verify all documents from Step:1.
- After your documents are successfully verified, you will be provided a ticket number.

Track your request
Your documents will be passed on to our back office team to process the transfer. You can track the progress with the ticket number given to you from My Vodafone App.
